All the Drs here are great and really take the time to take great care of my pup. He has been suffering from the worst allergies and i have been to multiple vets and was only ever offered allergy shots and cytopoint injections.. which helped but not nearly as much as it should have. It really only masked my pups symptoms and did not fully take them away. Dr. Justin took time with my pup and i and answer all of my questions thoroughly and explained them in ways i was able to understand. My Archie is finally looking like a normal pup again after Dr. Justin prescribed us some new meds and prescription diet. The before and after says it all!!!

I have overheard the owner/head vet scream at the employees there. Words like “you work for me!” I came in for an appointment as they opened and it appeared he was very angry with them. I’ve been there on days where they are way overbooked and the owner Dr Fredricks is rushing his staff along. Appears they only care about efficiency and money over actual care. The wife and other owner is also very similar. I will never recommend this place to a pet owner, if they want real care for their pets. I’m surprised more people haven’t left here. I will say the receptionists and technicians seem very sweet despite the overwhelming pressure. They do not price match here and they overbook constantly which again, gives the impression they are here for monetary reasons. Their kennel facility is also very heavy with kennel cough and they charge you still if your dog gets sick there.

This is the only vet I trust with my fur babies. Been using them for 15+ years. Everyone that works there is extremely kind and compassionate. Love Dr. Fredericks and so do my fur babies. Highly recommend this vet.

The staff are wonderful, so nice and knowledgeable. They were able to help us with our dog on short notice. I wish I lived closer so they could be our full time vet.

My pup patches ran into a nail or screw. Had a pretty good gash in her side. I went here an hour before they were to open with no appointment, and they took her in! Fixed her up n told me how to take care at home! We will go back!

A caring well organized crew. Dr Fredericks is attentive and honest, I trust him to give my dog the best possible care. They're a good vet to work with. Recommended.

We’ve been coming here since my dog was a puppy during COVID. Every staff member that we’ve encountered from the vet techs to each of the doctors we’ve seen have been SO nice and caring of my dog. My dog actually loves coming here. He knows where we’re going the second we pull into the parking lot and gets excited. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because we often times have to wait about 15-20 minutes after our appointment time. Check in/out staff can sometimes be a little off putting but that doesn’t really bother me since they aren’t the ones physically dealing with my dog.
